Getting started

5 minute read · Works on desktop and mobile

This guide walks you through creating your account and running your first AI analysis. By the end you will have a complete set of listings ready to post.

Step 1 — Create your account

1
Open the app

Go to relistnow.ai/app in your browser. The app works on desktop, tablet, and phone — no download required. On mobile you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

2
Sign up or continue as guest

Tap Create account and enter your email and a password, or sign in with Google. You can also tap Continue without account to try the app first — but without an account your inventory and history won't be saved across sessions.

Tip: Creating an account is free and takes 30 seconds. It's worth doing upfront so your inventory is saved from your very first item.

Step 2 — Add your item photos

From the New listing screen, upload photos of the item you want to sell. You can add up to 8 photos per item.

Step 3 — Add details (optional but recommended)

Tap Add details below the photo grid to expand the context panel. The most important field is Brand.

Brand locking explained: When you type a brand name, the AI is locked to that brand — it cannot identify the item as a different brand no matter what. This prevents the most common failure mode: an AI that sees "jeans" and guesses a generic brand instead of the specific one you're selling. If you're listing Mother Jeans, type "Mother Jeans" in the brand field before analyzing.

Step 4 — Analyze the item

Tap the green Analyze item button. The button activates once you have at least one photo. Analysis takes:

You will see a progress screen showing each step — item identification, price research, and listing generation. Do not navigate away during analysis.

Step 5 — Review your results

The results screen shows everything the AI found:

Always review before posting. The AI is accurate most of the time but not infallible. Check the brand, condition, and price before copying any listing. Use the Edit tab in the results screen to correct anything that looks wrong.

Step 6 — Copy and post your listings

Click the platform tabs — Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Facebook — to see the listing for each one. Each listing is platform-optimised with the right tone, format, and hashtags for that marketplace. Tap Copy next to the title or description to copy it to your clipboard, then paste it into the platform.

On the Seller plan and above, you can post directly to eBay with one tap once your eBay account is connected.

Step 7 — Save to inventory

Tap Save to inventory on the results screen to add the item to your inventory tracker. You will be prompted to enter what you paid for the item — filling this in now means your profit is calculated automatically when the item sells.
