The AI got the brand wrong — what do I do?
Use the brand field in "Add details" before analyzing. Typing the brand name locks identification — the AI cannot substitute a different brand. This is the most reliable fix for misidentification.
Why is my suggested price different from what I see on Poshmark?
Pricing is based on real eBay sold comps when a brand is provided. Poshmark, Depop, and Etsy prices are estimated from market knowledge. eBay sold data is the most reliable — enter your brand to get real comps.
How do I connect my eBay account?
Go to Profile → Connected Platforms → Connect eBay. You'll be redirected to eBay to authorize the connection. Requires a Seller plan or above.
I hit my monthly limit — when does it reset?
Limits reset on the 1st of each month. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for immediate access to more analyses.
Can I export my inventory?
Yes — go to Inventory and click Export CSV. This downloads all your items with price, cost, profit, platform, and status. Available on all plans including free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Plans & Pricing → downgrade to the Free plan. Your paid plan stays active until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
The app isn't loading — what should I try?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the issue persists email support@relistnow.ai with what browser and device you're using.
